Base is so nice…

i really do love it. i learn so much from it.

tonight was a 2.5 hour run after work. i feel that this phase is where it needs to count. this is where the investments will need to be made and the largest benefits gained.

so it was a 1.5 hour run outside before the rain came and my flashlight wasn’t powerful enough, and then 1 hour inside on the tread.

here we go.
