Getting wet

Well now that breathing and being overly toxic for the rest of the public has passed it was time to climb back into the water. I eased into it today with what started out as a slow “feel the water” type swim that ended in all out warfare with a surprising amount of people in the water this morning. It’s amazing to me how disorienting a hard swim is for me. It feels like my HR is about 180 or so and i pull out of the water with my chest pumping. Ridiculous really. Anyway, I’ve put off swimming as much as I possibly can and still do this stuff so I guess it’s now time to hop back in and get to work. The longer stuff is coming, I can see it. We’ll see if I’m ready for it but I guess it doesn’t matter.
