Fri: 2/6 – 1hr run = 1hr (half day – Travel)
Sat: 2/7 – 1hr run / 4hr ride = 5hrs
Sun: 2/8 – 1hr run / 4.5hr ride = 5.5hrs
Mon: 2/9 – .5hr run / 5.5 ride = 6hrs
Tues: 2/10 – 1hr run / 2hr ride = 3hrs (recovery day)
Wed: 2/11 – 1hr run / 4.5hr ride = 5.5hrs
Thu: 2/12 – 1hr run / 3hr ride = 4hrs
Fri: 2/13 – 2hr ride / 1hr run = 3hrs
Sat: 2/14 – 1hr run / 3hr ride = 4hrs
Sun: All day travel
