Back on the Plan
A day’s rest to reset the body clock and I’m back onto the plan. Today I was up early (well, earlier than usual). The winter storms are plentiful this year and today had the prediction that it was to start just after midnight. So it was to the trainer for the long base ride today. I actually got quite a bit of educational training and organizational stuff done while perched on the bike for that time. Due to the early start I was done around noon which left for some quality time and a nice long lunch at the local. All in all it was a pretty good day of realignment even though everyone was hunkering down due to mother nature.
