Long Run, a Swim, & Done.
I’m so glad I took yesterday a little easier. Today was a great long run on a snow covered trail on a beautiful and cool winter day. I had plenty of podcast interviews lined up on the player to keep me company.
Run:

That may be one of my best to date. The breakdown can be found here. 2 more weeks of lesser time and distance to clock in, but similar consistency and then back to 2-on-1-off. Tomorrow will definitely be a full day of nothing but office work. Yep, back to the grind.
