Long Run, a Swim, & Done.

I’m so glad I took yesterday a little easier. Today was a great long run on a snow covered trail on a beautiful and cool winter day. I had plenty of podcast interviews lined up on the player to keep me company.

Run:

  • Distance: 13.48mi
  • Duration: 2:17
  • Avg Pace: 10:10
  • Avg Speed: 5.90
  • Calories: 1884
  • Avg HR: 156
  • Max HR: 171
  • Climb: +921 / -918

Some lunch, some housework… and later on that evening with the swimming kiddies! (yeah, I didn’t know it was “family night” at the pool 😉

Swim:

  • Distance: 1500m (cut it short)
  • Duration: 25:17
  • Avg 100: 1.41.16
  • Best 100: 1.28.39

Some totals for the week (some 19+ hours):

  • Run: 9:05:53 – 50+ mi
  • Bike: 7:52:57 – 110+ mi
  • Swim: 2:31:52 – 8000+ m

That may be one of my best to date. The breakdown can be found here. 2 more weeks of lesser time and distance to clock in, but similar consistency and then back to 2-on-1-off. Tomorrow will definitely be a full day of nothing but office work. Yep, back to the grind.
