Pushing On…
Continuing with the training streak while I can. I’m trying to be conscious about it and holding back as to not do too much too fast. Feeling a little off balance today, so backed off the extra swim I was going to toss in as I have one tomorrow and am feeling the twinges of a flu-like ache. So I’m just trying to figure out where the line is without crossing it.
