1 Hour Trail Run
A good nights sleep, up, some java while reading blogs, some toast, and out the door for another run before the rain comes. 2 years ago the Mrs. showed me a trail just across 128 that proved itself a great running out and back. I wasn’t sure where I’d be heading today, but in the end thought the trail would be a nice change of pace and easier on the legs and a little more focus oriented. It has all of these perfectly placed ankle rollers that did indeed take a little nip at my right foot a few times. On the phone I had texafornia to keep me company with his latest Thanksgiving pcast as well as a handful of people on the trail walking dogs and 1 mountain biker out in the gray, cool drizzle.
