Simple and mellow 1hr recovery run
Just got up had some java, slipped on the shoes and ran for an hour. Nothing big. I think it was a little over 5 miles. The days have been getting cold, but it’s seasonably cold (which is nice). Running and just generally being outdoors in this is a bit shocking at first, but it give you that “I’m alive” feeling. It was actually pretty cool today as there were flurries gently coming down. We’ll see how we feel about that come March though.
