Getting the Runs… (in)
Just some run sessions to write home about today. In the morning it was just a base 1hr (6 miler), and at work (around 3) Tom and I found some time to head to the gym and I put in 40 mins (4 miles) with some varying intensities. We’re going to link up for a ride this weekend. That’s all for now… i really need to crash out.
