30 Minute AM Pool Session
So this morning was a 30 min pool session all of which was spent re-training and focusing on form. It was a slow and steady 1k, a short break to refocus, and wrapped up with another 500. It seems that with such a long break from the water that i lose it much faster and more noticeably than the other two sports. It’s interesting as I also felt this in the water towards the end of the season this year as well.
