Up @ 5am as I’m heading into NYC today for work and then some beers with Nunz and Ian. Out the door by 5:30 as the weather is still wet/overcast here and there was no ambient light in the sky until then. The goal today was to put in 2 hrs of running, head into work, most likely be irritated, and then to go have a few pints.
