Swim
It was supposed to be 3 sets of 700, but I was just too tired after the first 2 sets. Total training time was around an hour.

  • Warm up: 4×100
  • Main: 2×700, 1 was RPE3, 2 was RPE4
  • Cool down: 150 easy
