Upgraded this past weekend to a proper 25m pool by getting a membership. Swam for a hour with some steady swimming to work on form when I was tired (or warming up) and some pickup sprints sometimes linking them for 50 or 75m. I was beat by the end of it, and I could feel right away that I’d lost a little of my fluidity as I’ve been out of the water for a while; but it did come back to me after about 15mins in. This was a nice mixed up session with slow and steady, hard and fast, and focusing on form as fatigue battled to break it down. Felt worked, but pleased.
