Running Intervals (still a little stiff from Monday’s effort, and Sunday’s race, but this felt good… I needed this.)

  • 10 min warm up: 6mph
  • 6 x 2 min intervals with 2 min recovery gap
    • Interval speed: 8mph
    • Recovery speed: 6mph
  • 10 min cool down: 5 mph
  • Total distance 4.55mi
  • Total time: 42min
  • HRM:
    • Avg: 151bpm
    • Max: 178bpm
