Back on the road, or well… the tradmill. So I shook off some rest days after the Ridgefield Tri (http://triridgefield.com) and started to warm up the muscles again.

It was a 3mi interval style run/jog for 45min and the interval range was a 3.5mph low, and a 7.5mph high. The low period was 90 seconds, with 30 second highs.

The left leg/knee/bruise to-do felt pretty good, the only oddity was that the right foot was having a little twinge in the arch of the foot after the run.
