Wednesday 5/30

Tuesday was a day off from training, was mostly massage and stretching to try and work out the leg issues. But wedsday started with some AM weight training for shoulders:

  • Military press
  • Lateral raise
  • Upright rows
  • Straight arm raises
  • Reverse flys
  • Arnie’s
  • Shrugs
  • Abs
