I’ve been reading through the Total Immersion book that Kate got me for my birthday. So here’s the events.

  • Pool practice 30 mins with some of the beginner concepts drills
  • Lifted free’s (back and bi’s)
  • Ran 1 mi slow pace to gauge the leg. (not great but bearable)
  • Spun on the trainer for 8mi
