- AM light run on the tread for 30 mins (maybe 2.5mi?)
- PM swam for 36 mins (1 mile = 5,280 feet / 40 foot pool = 132 lengths) – but this includes a few paused rests and also has to take into account some glide while pushing off the wall per lap. However, I tried to keep this thrust to a minimum and did no flip turns. I was trying to get accustomed to breathing both sides every 3rd stroke. It felt fast after being in the gulf.
- PM mixed terrain jog around the houses here at the barn for 30 mins (just around 2.75mi).
