AM weights…

Was dehydrated and dying for a drink around 4am. Headed downstairs for some Gatorade, and was a little tight from the bikes and swim from the past few sessions. I threw on the iPod and fell back to sleep. The alarm went off @ 5 and headed back down to make some coffee. Grabbed the java and headed for the weights. Here was the breakdown:

  • Press
  • Incline press
  • Decline press
  • Flys
  • Crossover cables
  • Tri press down
  • Reverse grip tri pull down
  • Overhead tri extensions
  • Kickbacks
  • Crunches
