Up, java, weights:

- Cable deads
- Close grip pulldown
- Wide grip pulldown
- Reverse grip pulldown
- Reverse fly’s
- Curls
- Hammer curls
- Reverse grip curls
- Crunches
The plan for later will be more pool time. If I don’t freeze hopefully I can get 45min in zone I and re-train myself how it all works in the water.
