AM weights…

Up, java, weights:

  • Cable rows
  • Cable deads
  • Close grip pulldown
  • Wide grip pulldown
  • Reverse grip pulldown
  • Reverse fly’s
  • Curls
  • Hammer curls
  • Reverse grip curls
  • Crunches

The plan for later will be more pool time. If I don’t freeze hopefully I can get 45min in zone I and re-train myself how it all works in the water.
