Woke up, Java, Podcasts, Gym… cool. I usually try to stick to free’s, but figured I’d do a day of all cables to mix it up a little. It was actually a nice simple change.

- Decline press
- Fly’s
- French press
- Tri press-downs
- Tri kick-back
