Tired, but did something…

Oh man, I was not in the mood for this. Kate and i got very little and a restless sleep last night. The alarm went off this morning, I shut it off and on a few hours of sleep decided to blow off the AM routine I planned the day before. We had the deployment all day today with the GSD crew over and taking part of most pieces of it. It was long and slow going with some bullets taken to our own toes. Kate called me just before noon to inform me of the death of a friend of ours, Denise. Cancer. We are going to be heading up to Mass this weekend for the ceremonies and to support Dan (her husband). Unbelievably sad.

I think I got home around 8PM. In no mood for food, I hit the couch and man I just wanted to close my eyes. Tomorrow will most likely be a long day too. It was 8:30PM – time to get up. Do something. So upstairs, time to change, get on the bike. I was really not in the mood, so no HRM, etc. Well… legs were tight, eyes heavy, and here are the stats:

Jamis spin on the trainer:

  • Time: 35.45
  • Max: 23.3
  • Avg: 16.9
  • Distance: 10.06

I’ll do better tomorrow morning. Need rest.
