Some tips from this morning’s podcast…

  1. For low zone training – simply breathe only thru your nose, this will limit how much you can exert in a single training session. No need for an HRM with this.
  2. Pratice bike balance by riding no handed and refueling while in motion.
  3. Water only sessions, no gatorade or replenish drink. Hydration with out refueling.
  4. Steady session training – keep output or effort consistent across distance and time.
  5. Bike – single speed workouts. Pick a gear and stick with it. Pick somethine rolling, not too steep. Something with a reasonable spin 90’s – 100’s in cadence. Freewheeling is not an option.
