AM gym workout…

Got up energized and hit the weights.

Back and Bi’s:

  1. Dead lifts
  2. Angled rows (shoulder to pocket)
  3. Parallel rows (shoulder 90’s)
  4. Back extensions (rev fly)
  5. Curls
  6. Hammer curls
  7. Reverse grip curls
  8. Crunches
