Ok. figured I’d try and blog some stuff pertaining to what I’ve done training-wise and build a reference point for all that I’m doing and discovering about multisport and endurance.

Jamis Bike Spin (to brick intervals below)

  1. Dist: 20.03 Miles
  2. Miles Time: 1.34.21
  3. Max: 21.8 Mph
  4. Avg: 12.7 Mph

Interval Run on the Treadmill (as it was pouring outside)

  1. 45 Mins
  2. 3 Miles
  3. 30 Sec sprints @ 7.5 Mph
  4. 90 Sec rests @ 3.5 Mph
